We are Saskia and Marc and we welcome you in "your home away from home" Casa Veintiuno.
  
The Dominican Republic, one of the largest republics in the Caribbean is becoming more popular and a lot of tour operators are promoting it on their travel destinations. 

We visited the Dominican Republic for several years and we fell in love with this fantastic and exotic country. Our decision was easy. We choose a bed & breakfast because the DR has much more to offer than beaches. While there is no shame in spending time pampering yourself at one of the all-inclusive resorts, this is a country of remarkable depth and grace, and well-worth exploring.

In 2008 we have decided to leave Belgium with its changing rainy seasons for sunny Sosúa. For twelve years we have been independents in catering services and it’s the creative mind that made us sell our business in Belgium to start a Boutique Hotel in Sosúa. If you would like to know how it all started, please take a look at "We are from Belgium" where the VRT television crew has followed our move 10 years ago.

Our challenge is to give you a more personal and better service and make you feel at home.

The Boutique Hotel B & B “Casa Veintiuno,” situated in Sosua, a quiet coastal village in the country’s north coast, has been included in the list of the 25 best boutique hotels in the Caribbean since 2013 by the online travel site Tripadvisor. This is the eight consecutive year that the “Casa Veintiuno” boutique hotel has made TripAdvisor’s “Travelers Choice Awards.”
